Personality:
Personality: David is a brave and smart person. He enjoys a good joke. Most of his jokes tend to be sexual though, as he is a very flirty person, and tends to be a little dirty minded. He is responsible however, and is very mature when he has to be.
While he never planned on being a single father, nor never thought he would be a good one, his son always comes first. David is very protective of Ernest, and would do anything to protect him. David is a very protective person, but is most protective of his son.
Likes:Quidditch, Dueling, women, spending time with his son.
Dislikes:Evil in any form, from abuse of a child, all the way to the Death Eaters themselves. Liars and people who give up their own children.

Background:
David was born in a time of darkness to a muggle and a wizard. Now the Wizard did not tell the Muggle what he was, but insisted on her staying hidden. Now Nancy loved Ernest and did what he asked. A year went by and he visited as often as he could, yet a little while after David's first birthday, Ernest did not return. That was because he had met his fate at the hands of the death eaters. Nancy was heart broken and thought he had abandoned her.
So when David turned 11 it was a real shock that he got his letter from Hogwarts. he was sorted into gryffindor and began his journey as a Wizard.

David learned early on about Animagi and took a great interest in them, spending many years. By the time he had finished his 5th year, he knew all he needed to know to become one. He never planned on actually doing it though until he was old enough for the ministry. That plan changed though, when his mother was part of a random muggle killing by Death Eaters that summer.
To cope with his grief and because he knew he could never match the murderer as a normal wizard, David became one, taking up most of his 6th year to do it. He kept it secret until the battle of Hogwarts, were his Lion was needed to win.
After the battle he registered with the Ministry and joined the Aurors, a job he has kept to this day. When he turned 23 he met a muggle that he liked alot. They dated for a couple months with her none the wiser about him being a wizard. That all changed when she became pregnant. Remembering his fathers relationship with his mother David thought it best to tell her. Brianna was hardly impressed. She left after a row, and David did not see for for 9 months, until she turned up at his door with the baby boy. She handed him over without a word and left.. David never saw her again.
He had a very demanding job, yet David tried his best to give his son as much attention as he could give. They went to Quidditch games and David actually taught him how to fly. he wished he could have given Ernest jr more attention, but David was very inter grated in his job... because you see.. the murderer of his mother was never caught, and to this day David still searches for him/her
