Personality;Personality; Roxanne is a shy and quiet girl. She is of average intelligence but very hard-working. She believes everyone deserves respect. Roxanne suffers from severe-social anxiety and OCD tendencies. This means she struggles with obsessive tendencies, fear of people and panic attacks. Roxanne hides behind her books and can almost always be found with a book in hand. As she is so painfully shy and because of her low moods Roxanne does not like practical jokes or anything that involves laughing at other people. Being teased tends to make her cry even though she desperately tries to find it funny instead.
Roxanne dreams of being a prefect, then head girl and then minster for magic one day. However she recognises that her condition might prevent this. Roxanne cannot handle social situations of any form. She spends most of her time in her bedroom and when she does go out she finds it too hard to do it alone. When she writes she counts ever sentence to make sure it is even. She also does the same when she talks. Furthermore she has her own specific plate and knife and fork and seat at the table. She always has to have the same. Roxanne cannot stand chaos and disorder and has to have her entire world neat and organized.

Background;Roxanne was born with her difficulties and so struggled as a child. She did not start speaking till she was four years old. She never crawled but instead waited until she could walk unaided. She was an ordered child who kept all her toys neatly even from little. She could not stand nursery and would scream solidly until her mother gave up on the idea and kept her at home. Crowded situations made her cry and from the age of five the panic attacks began. Roxanne was taken to several different hospitals but was simply offered guidelines of how her parents could help her.
Roxanne felt loved by her family but struggled being very different from them. This caused low moods and she spent long periods of time alone in her room with her books. By now Roxanne has come far enough to spend time with her family and to love her parents and her brothers company. However she cannot cope with too many people even if they are extended family. She will retreat back to her room if she gets scared. She misses her brother a lot when he is away and writes to him regularly.
